Sales & Business Development Specialist

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
● identify potential business opportunities, explore and analyze sales options;
● establish and develop relationships with potential customers and partners, offer and sell solutions;
● maintain relationships with partners and agents, providing information and any other support needed for quality customer service, recommend them new products and opportunities;
● analyze trends and results to participate in the development of the annual sales plan;
● make a key contribution to improving service levels;
● identify and recommend to the team possible profit and service improvements of products provided, taking into account industry’s trends, market conditions and competitors;
● inform the team about the current situation, problems and results by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
● actively participate in sales and marketing department’s processes and standards formation;
● continually develop professional skills and expand knowledge by attending training sessions, reviewing key publications, establishing personal relationships, benchmarking known good practices;
● contribute to team efforts, performing duties on time and with the proper result.

The successful candidate should:

● have a proven sales track record in previous workplace;
● have genuine willingness to work in sales and marketing;
● willingness to learn and travel;
● easily makes contact with people both in person, by email and by phone;
● fluent in Latvian, English and Russian languages;
● be motivated for ultimate results that gives a fair and progressive remuneration;
● quickly understand the general picture to be able to make decisions independently;
● be resilient and proactive, full of energy and enthusiasm;
● follow world economy, politics and business, understand what is happening and how it reflects on the company's business;
● be ambitious and persistent, be able to support own position with good arguments;
● be a responsible and reliable team player in solving complex problems;
